Vince Buxton

Vince is Co-Owner and Sales Agent at Real Kerikeri.
He enjoys the challenge of helping people realise their property goals and to build a sense of community while doing it. It is the reason he comes to the office everyday with the added benefit of working with a great group of colleagues/friends in our unique Real environment.

Vince likes to challenge the status quo and always seeks new ways to improving Real's customer experience. He led the way in helping Real break free from traditional real estate models in 2004 and develop a system that provides a happy, cooperative workplace that delivers the best possible service to our customers. Since making the change Real sells more homes than any other company in Kerikeri and everyone wins.

Vince started selling real estate in Kerikeri in 2002 and has spent most of that time with Real. He completed his Diploma in Real Estate in 2015 and became co-owner of the business in 2018.

Vince was the perfect agent to have to sell my house. It's not easy when you are on your own to go through the process of selling off your home of 30 plus years, especially as it was a little different to the average property. Vince put in so much hard work. It was sometimes very frustrating dealing with the prospective buyers, who were so far away, but with his professionalism, market knowledge, and patience we eventually arrived at a happy outcome. It was so reassuring for me to have his guidance, through the sales process. Vince is a good communicator, so I was always kept in the loop with what was happening, which was most important. Not only did he sell my old home, he also found me my new home. Vince helped us find the perfect property after searching for months. It was quite hard to find properties in the short visits to Kerikeri that we had. We also had a tight deadline to settle and he worked with the Vendors and ourselves to make it work out really well for both parties.
