As home owners not used to selling Pete Gentil answered all our questions about the process and made it very easy for us to sell our property. He was a great communicator and part of an excellent team at Real. Thanks Pete!!
I had lived at the property in Landing Road, Kerikeri for fifteen years prior to purchasing it also from Real. During this time Pete had come and appraised it a number of times armed with a spinach and cream cheese muffin and good up to date advice. When Real were given the listing to sell recently the whole team appeared and viewed the property. I was impressed that they actually looked around the inside and the outside of the property as the other agencies I had approached only considered looking at the inside. Within days Andrea and Pete had produced an interested party who came back a couple times before presenting an offer. After some negotiation a deal was struck. Pete was always approachable and kept me informed of the process even lending his ‘voice’ to the video online. The whole timeframe of the selling process from start to finish was very quick and efficient given the present economic climate. The Family Trust trustees and beneficiaries were all very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend REAL and Pete Gentil again.
It has been a real pleasure dealing with you during the process of selling my home. Your advice and guidance has been much appreciated and at no stage did I feel pressured, as you used to say ‘it is your call’. I have really enjoyed my 35 years of life in Kerikeri and although very sorry to be leaving, you have made the transition as smooth as possible.
